Considering our knowgraphy approach the industry leader, a public utility in the Northeast selected Perigean Technologies to train a core group of key professionals picked from across the organization. Following an initial knowgraphy trainer five-day workshop, we continued to support the expansion of this utility's knowledge management capabilities through coaching and technical consultation. Our program lent strength to their overall sustainment during a time of exceptional potential knowledge loss due to retirements and other factors.
